"In late 2019, our beautiful dachshund, Lulu, was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. After several flare ups and an additional diagnosis of protein losing enteropathy, in early 2021, our easy to care for family dog, wasn’t so easy to care for and had incredibly strict dietary and medication needs. If we ever wanted to travel without Lulu, from that point onwards, she would need a specific level of care that not all licensed dog sitters can, or in fact, feel they want to provide. Our trusted vet, Roger Holden, understood our predicament; our specific needs/concerns so he introduced us to Zena. The rest is history. We haven’t looked back and everything he said Zena was and would be for Lulu and us, she is! Zena has made such a difference to us as a family. She has given us the gift of being able to travel and holiday. We leave Lulu (with us shedding tears that Zena totally gets), comfortably knowing that Zena is providing a loving, caring, adaptive and safe home for our precious Lulu to holiday. We will be forever grateful for meeting Zena. From her reassuring approach, the communications (how, when and frequency), to how she thoroughly captures the details, priorities and needs of Lulu is just as important as the home from home love she shows for our precious fur baby, Lulu. "We used not to leave our lurcher Dougal very often, he can be quite a complex dog and we found people just didn’t understand him or know what he needed to be at his best. We are so delighted to have found Zena, she welcomes Dougal like one of her own and takes wonderful care of him, particularly now he is a bit older and arthritic. She has adapted things in her home to make sure he is comfortable and relaxed and he seems to adore being part of her household, we love the picture of him lounging around with her own dogs. " We first met Zena when we were visiting Farnham to see what it was like before relocating from Jersey with our miniature labradoodle called Ozzie. Zena was on one of her dog walks in Farnham park and my husband and I were very impressed with how she handled the dogs she had with her and how obedient and happy they were. We approached her for her contact details and as soon as we moved to the area we got in touch. Zena has been walking and boarding Ozzie ever since. To see how excited Ozzie gets when Zena comes to the door is truly amazing...his tail wagging constantly and he doesn’t have to get asked to go with her, he is out of the door like a shot! It’s funny at times because when I walk Ozzie (when Zena doesn’t have him) we can bump into her in the park. Ozzie then chooses to walk with Zena and not me -🤣 I have to call him back!! Zena is very organised, her transport is amazing and safe for the dogs. She is affordable, reliable and extremely flexible. We are SO glad that we met her in the park that day. 👍🐶👍"

"Zena has been walking and dog sitting my rescue Border Collie since I brought her home in November 2016. She is a sensitive little soul who was afraid of traffic and going in vehicles (amongst other things) and Zena has been very kind and patient with her, helping to gradually build up her confidence and never pressuring her. I don't have a regular work pattern and Zena always does her utmost to fit us in, even at (sometimes very) short notice. She is very professional and organised, but most important of all Molly loves her and happily goes off off with her for walkies, even when I'm still at home! And when I'm at work, I can relax knowing she is in good and caring hands."
